Owner didnt send the dress in time and asked me to pay for express shipping. The dress did not fit and owner decided not to give me a full refund even though I wasn’t able to wear the dress. She thinks 50% is a reasonable refund %. Also, its not “perfect condition” there spray tan all on the inside and visually worn. The box she sent it on had a hole and was not taped shut on the side. When i contacted the owner about having to send it back she never replied then added a “fit refund” to the listing after the fact.
