I'm always a size XS in dresses and a 34D, and this dress in a S is actually the right fit for me as it runs small, especially in the chest. This dress will fit anyone a size 34D/G or below, but will not fit anyone a 36D (36C will work) or above as the strap in the back is will be too tight
